Care is provided to residents requiring a high level of nursing care allowing them to remain in their homes. Our staff of trained health care aides assist clients with bathing, dressing, house keeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and errands. All services in the Care at Home Program are covered by Medicaid for those on the Community Long Term Care Program or private pay. On a weekly basis clients receive frozen meals delivered to their door by our courteous staff. Clients receive a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees as ordered for their nutritional needs. Meals are healthy, balanced and prepared to suit your specific dietary needs. Nutritional supplements like Glucerna and Boost are also available.
Individuals with incontinence issues may receive adult diapers, briefs, incontinence pads, under pads and wipes. Supplies are delivered monthly to clients' homes in discreetly marked boxes for privacy. All incontinent supplies require a physician's certificate of incontinance.
